  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and are estimated by Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.


  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.

  • If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, reach out and we’ll assist in following this up with Australia Post.
